Chicken Spiedini • Boneless breast of chicken, lightly breaded and baked in a garlic lemon butter sauce with St. Louis style cheese.
Roast Pork • Oven-roasted until golden, then topped with gravy made from the juices of the pork. So very flavorful!
Baked Ham • Baked to perfection and topped with pineapple slices. Delicious!

Our Policies
We provide the best in catering service while keeping your budget in mind. Our most popular menu selection allow you to design the foodservice within your budget. Our fees include delivery, set-up, coffee, service, and bussing of all menu selections. In addition, our professional staff will be happy to cut and present your dessert, should you desire that service. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. We accept payment by cash, check, or major credit cards.
