We offer a large variety of Hors d’ Oeuvres selections. Choose from a list of delicious hot and cold items, displayed beautifully on a separate skirted table, or hand-passed to your guests by our uniformed servers. Begin at $1.10 per guest.

China & Silverware
For added elegance, China and Silverware make an impression your guests will long remember. $2.00 per guest.

Water Service
We offer beautiful, stemmed water glasses, filled before and during your dinner ~ one of our more appreciate additions to any event! $1.00 per guest.

Linens
An especially elegant option to your wedding reception is the addition of Linen Tablecloths and Napkins. These go hand-in-hand with our China and Silverware offerings and definitely make a statement! Call for pricing.

Beer, Wine & Liquor
We offer a wide variety of Beer, Wine and Liquor for those requiring a bar. Select from our Standard or Premium Bar menus. Our uniformed bartenders will set up the bar service, using your pre-selected items, and serve your guests throughout the event. Call for pricing.

Service Options
We offer Table Setting Assistance where we arrive early to your venue to set tables with linens, place settings, and more. We also offer After Event Assistance where we stay until the end of your reception to remove décor and linens from tables, and more. Approximately $200.00 per service.

Prime Rib of Beef • Baked slowly to retain the juices, served with horseradish, au jus.

Our Policies


  • Catering Service: 20% Service Charge will be added to final invoice. Our fees include delivery, set up, coffee, service and bussing of all menu selections. In addition, our professional staff will be happy to cut and present your dessert, should you desire that service. Service charge is not a gratuity. Gratuity is not required, but always appreciated!
  • Additional Fees: All consumables, rentals, etc., excluding services, are subject to sales tax. (11.179%)
  • Timing for Placing an Event Order: We encourage you to call and reserve the date and time of your event as soon as possible. We recommend that you place your order as early as possible to ensure your preferred date and menu selections are available. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
  • Payment: Payment by check is preferred. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express also accepted. 3.5% Convenience Fee added to all card payments.
  • Minimum Guarantees: If Minimum Guests Guaranteed are not confirmed or are changed within ten working days of your event date, accommodation charges may apply.
